Shipping policy

There is a 1-3 business day processing time on all orders. Processing time does not include shipping days.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS. 

We offer 2 different shipping options that you can choose from at checkout. 

1- Express:

• 1-2 business days 

2- Standard: 

• 3-5 Business Days 

If you have any issues with your delivery after it has been dropped off to the carrier, please contact UPS/USPS as it is out of our control after this point.

Should your order be returned to JSB for a insufficient address upon your (the customers) mistake. You (the customer) are solely responsible for ALL shipping expenses to have your order reshipped. An additional shipping fee -invoice will be provided to you via email. Upon payment of the invoice your order will re-shipped and you will be provided with a updated tracking number.

If this is a mistake caused by JSB- ALL SHIPPING FEES WILL BE WAIVED.
