Jay's Shoe Boutique was founded in 2017 by Jayla. The boutique name is created with the first 3 letters of her name, which is also her nickname "JAY".
When Jayla first started JSB, her passion and inspiration for cute stylish heels/shoes drove her to do research about starting an online shoe boutique, with hopes of one day opening a store and expanding in different states.
