  • Can I still place a order even though JSB is closed on Sundays?  

Yes, your order will be shipped out, delivered or available for pick-up on the following business day.

  • Will/Does JSB offer discounts?

Yes, once you have subscribed to our mailing list, you can look forward to receiving discounts and special offers.

  • Will I be able to track my order if I select shipping?

Yes, you will receive an email with the tracking number.

  • Can I edit my order once it has been placed?

No, you will have to place another order or cancel current order.

  • What if my item is damaged when I receive it?

Although this not likely to happen... If your item is damaged AFTER you receive it, please send an email immediately to Jaysshoeboutique@gmail.com for further action.

  • Can I get a refund?

No Refund No Exchange. Online store credit ONLY.
